Site Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement quality control processes on a project level to meet quality standards
• Assist the Operations Manager with hiring and overseeing training for quality employees
• Oversee personnel assigned to projects and provide project-specific training in quality procedures
• Implement inspection procedures and documentation for all field processes from start to finish
• Provide feedback to Project Engineers and Managers to revise QA processes through lessons learned
• Work with the project team to develop project-specific protocols, SOPs, and construction processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of quality management experience
• Ability to climb wind turbines
• Availability to travel 75% or more
• Ability to work in hot and cold weather conditions
• Willingness to relocate to a project site
