Site Quality Lab Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day laboratory activities and supervise metrology technicians
• Define, approve, and maintain test methods and a local library of OEM-specific inspection methods
• Perform regular product and process control measurements, including color matching and adhesion tests
• Ensure all measurement and test equipment is calibrated and meets customer requirements
• Manage periodic re-qualification testing and preserve Customer Master Samples
• Train operators and supervisors on specific controls and measurement methodologies
• Cooperate with suppliers and customers regarding color matching and batch control
• Support the plant's Quality Improvement Roadmap and QRQC processes

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience working in a laboratory or chemistry environment
• Expertise in laboratory inspection and testing methods development
• Strong problem-solving mindset and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills for written and oral presentations
• Ability to manage scheduling and laboratory data management
