Site Quality Customer & Warranty Professional

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary quality interface for OEM customers, managing relationships and ensuring alignment with customer-specific requirements.
• Manage customer claims and first quality issues, performing rapid analysis and coordinating corrective actions with internal teams.
• Ensure site compliance with automotive standards including IATF 16949, VDA, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001.
• Manage warranty-related topics by analyzing field returns and coordinating corrective actions to improve product reliability.
• Monitor and report customer feedback and complaints to relevant departments to reduce internal and external quality costs.
• Develop and review quality instructions, procedures, and control methods to ensure product performance and life-cycle requirements.
• Collaborate with Trade, Project, and Customer Representative teams to monitor and revise quality planning effectiveness.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of industrial experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with Quality Management Systems and automotive core tools.
• Strong knowledge of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning).
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, analytical approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SAP.
