Site Quality Customer Professional

Responsibilities

• Ensure Customer Specific Requirements are met and monitor performance through KPIs
• Act as the primary contact for assigned customers, responding to external quality complaints (Customer, Resident, warranty) in a timely manner
• Manage the RMA process, including creation, control, follow-up, and coordination with the finance department
• Lead and manage internal auditors and maintain constant communication with Process Quality Engineers
• Monitor and control quality costs to ensure they remain within established indicators
• Promote a zero-defect philosophy through the definition of preventive actions and continuous improvement using Kaizen methodology
• Audit process controls as defined in product control plans
• Develop, document, and train personnel on inspection criteria, including first piece checklists, visual aids, and boundary samples
• Ensure Customer PPAP approval and maintain updated Control Plans and quality documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Experience in the automotive industry as a Tier 1 supplier
• Strong knowledge of ISO/TS 16949
• Proficiency with automotive core tools: APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, SPC, and MSA
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of VDA 6.3 and Q1 standards
• Experience with customer-specific requirements for Ford, Tesla, FCA, VW, Nissan, Mercedes Benz, GM, or BRP
