Site Quality Customer Professional

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary quality interface for OEM customers, managing relationships and ensuring alignment with customer-specific requirements.
• Manage customer claims and first quality issues, performing rapid analysis and coordinating corrective actions with internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards and company systems, including IATF 16949, VDA, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001.
• Monitor and report customer feedback and complaints to drive initiatives that reduce internal and external quality costs.
• Manage warranty-related topics by analyzing field returns and coordinating corrective actions to improve product reliability.
• Review, revise, and create quality instructions and procedures to ensure product performance and prevent issue recurrence.
• Collaborate with Trade, Project, and Customer Representative teams to plan and monitor quality effectiveness.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of industrial or manufacturing experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive core tools and APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning).
• Experience with Quality Management Systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, analytical approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with SAP.
