Site Project Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and maintain the overall integrated project schedule (IPS)
• Lead the project planning and schedule development process
• Identify major activities and preferred sequences for accomplishment
• Establish schedule development and maintenance processes
• Define and align work breakdown structures (WBS) and activity coding
• Create and maintain a risk register for schedule risk assessment
• Monitor adherence to schedule update calendars and workflows
• Analyze schedule trends and develop corrective actions
• Develop and maintain Level 1 and Level 2 schedules and integrate Level 3 schedules
• Monitor project progress, cash flow forecasts, and earned value data
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control measures
• Review contractor/vendor proposals and negotiate change orders

Requirements

• Experience in project scheduling and planning
• Ability to develop integrated project schedules (IPS)
• Proficiency in work breakdown structure (WBS) development
• Experience with risk assessment and mitigation
• Knowledge of project control functions including budget and cash flow forecasting
• Ability to analyze schedule trends and performance metrics
