Site Project Planner/Planning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and maintain the overall integrated project schedule (IPS)
• Lead the project planning and schedule development process
• Identify major activities and preferred sequences for accomplishment
• Establish schedule development and maintenance processes
• Define and align work breakdown and activity coding structures with Project Managers and CM firms
• Create and maintain a risk register to support schedule risk assessment
• Monitor adherence to project progress tracking, trending charts, and schedule analysis
• Lead analysis of schedule trends and determine risks for corrective action
• Develop and maintain Level 1 and Level 2 project schedules
• Integrate Level 3 schedules to produce the overall IPS

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch
• Ability to be site-based in Geel, Belgium
• Experience in project scheduling and planning within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Proficiency in developing integrated project schedules (IPS)
• Knowledge of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and activity coding
