Site Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily industrial construction site activities and onsite works
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, authorities, contractors, and partners at the construction site
• Ensure full compliance with occupational environmental health and safety (EHS) requirements and promote a Zero Harm Culture
• Manage onsite order execution, including financial performance, schedule adherence, and quality results
• Represent Project Management interests and escalate issues impacting scope, budget, or schedule
• Manage and document deviations from erection procedures, specifications, and schedules
• Coordinate corrective action scenarios, risk mitigation measures, and opportunity management
• Review project schedules and concurrent cost accounting, including cost-to-complete estimations

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering
• At least 5 years of onsite leadership experience on major construction sites
• Extensive experience in the construction of complex industrial projects (preferably EPC or consortium environments)
• Solid knowledge of construction and commissioning processes and methodologies
• In-depth knowledge of EHS policies, regulations, and practices for complex construction projects
• Proven ability to lead multinational teams in fast-changing environments
• Fluent in both German and English
• Willingness to work on construction sites within Germany and internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management certification (e.g., IPMA, PMI, or comparable)
