About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and organize daily industrial construction site activities and onsite works
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, authorities, contractors, and partners at the construction site
- Ensure full compliance with occupational environmental health and safety (EHS) requirements and promote a Zero Harm Culture
- Manage onsite order execution, including financial performance, schedule adherence, and quality results
- Represent Project Management interests and escalate issues impacting scope, budget, or schedule
- Manage and document deviations from erection procedures, specifications, and schedules
- Coordinate corrective action scenarios, risk mitigation measures, and opportunity management
- Review project schedules and concurrent cost accounting, including cost-to-complete estimations
Requirements
- Higher education degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering
- At least 5 years of onsite leadership experience on major construction sites
- Extensive experience in the construction of complex industrial projects (preferably EPC or consortium environments)
- Solid knowledge of construction and commissioning processes and methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of EHS policies, regulations, and practices for complex construction projects
- Proven ability to lead multinational teams in fast-changing environments
- Fluent in both German and English
- Willingness to work on construction sites within Germany and internationally

- Project Management certification (e.g., IPMA, PMI, or comparable)
