Site Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of on-site projects including deployments, retrofits, upgrades, expansions, equipment refresh, and decommissions
• Plan and manage scope, schedule, budget, and vendors for each site project within live-operations constraints
• Partner with operations and facilities teams to sequence work around uptime and maintenance windows
• Manage and hold accountable contractors, vendors, and service providers on site
• Identify project risks early and drive mitigations to keep projects moving
• Coordinate with engineering and SMEs to validate scope and execution for technical site projects
• Maintain project artifacts including schedules, budgets, risk logs, and change records
• Provide clear status, risk, and milestone reporting to site leadership
• Drive site-level process improvements, runbooks, and standards

Requirements

• 3–5 years deploying and managing infrastructure, construction, facilities, or data center projects end to end
• Ability to be on site at a data center full time
• Demonstrated ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, and vendors
• Working understanding of data center or critical-facilities environments
• Experience managing contractors and vendors on active sites
• Proficiency with project tracking and scheduling tools like Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with capital projects in live data centers or critical facilities
• Familiarity with commissioning, MEP, power and cooling, or structured cabling
• Background bridging construction/deployment handover into operations
• PMP, CAPM, DCD, CDCP, BICSI, or ITIL Foundation certifications
• Lean, Six Sigma, or SOP development experience
