Site Plant Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical interface between project teams and the plant to oversee project implementations.
• Manage capacity and equipment requirements for new projects.
• Collaborate with industrial project teams and suppliers regarding installation, commissioning, and acceptance.
• Perform FMEA creation and track necessary corrective actions.
• Ensure all technical and performance specifications are met during equipment testing and process releases.
• Identify and implement technical improvements to enhance productivity, quality, availability, and safety.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and perform process parameter tuning.
• Provide technical support and training to the production team.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in a comparable engineering position.
• Deep technical knowledge of Injection Molding, Paint, and Assembly processes.
• Proven experience working with large-scale equipment, process flows, and production methods.
• Ability to perform technical and economic evaluations of engineering solutions.
• Fluency in both German and English (business level).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
