Site Physician

Responsibilities

• Manage occupational health, industrial safety, and hygiene programs on-site.
• Implement and oversee health prevention programs.
• Conduct internal audits related to health and safety protocols.
• Manage medical leaves (incapacidades) and track health indicators.
• Ensure compliance with the General Health Law and industrial safety standards.
• Support business management systems and maintain high levels of customer service.

Requirements

• Degree in Medicine (Title/Cédula indispensable).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Occupational Health, Industrial Safety, or Health and Hygiene.
• Knowledge of health prevention programs and the General Health Law.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license.
• Availability for a flexible schedule.
