Site Operations Leader

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the long-term operation of site facilities and represent Dow with local community and agency partners.
• Deliver continuously improving Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) performance and ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations.
• Oversee plant performance, including product delivery, quality, and meeting customer needs.
• Manage leveraged site services such as Maintenance, Logistics, HR, Purchasing, and Public Affairs.
• Balance short-term operational priorities with the long-term strategic needs of the business.
• Manage the annual expense budget for the plant.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business and functional leaders to ensure site alignment with corporate objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in people leadership.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, budget management, and business relationship management.
• Deep understanding of Environment, Health, and Safety regulations and risk assessment.
