Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of the Philippines site, including office supplies, inventory, and facilities maintenance
- Serve as the local point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and building administration
- Support HR and People teams with onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors for service delivery and assist with invoice tracking and expense documentation
- Assist with payroll coordination by collecting and submitting required local inputs
- Provide administrative support for local labor, corporate, tax, or regulatory compliance
- Support the recruiting team with local coordination, scheduling, and candidate experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in site coordination, office administration, or people operations
- Experience managing office operations, vendors, supplies, and onboarding logistics
- Basic exposure to HR administration and payroll inputs
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- English proficiency (B2/C1 level preferred)
- Ability to work on-site in Cebu City
Preferred Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in high-growth environments like technology or startups
- Experience supporting Talent Acquisition or Employee Engagement teams
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, or expense management tools
- Basic understanding of local employment administration and statutory documentation in the Philippines
