Site Operations Co-ordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all site works and provide daily oversight of contractors, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and managing permits to work
• Support the implementation of health and safety management systems, including conducting inductions and reviewing risk assessments
• Manage the facilities management contract, monitoring compliance, overseeing maintenance schedules, and acting as the primary point of contact for FM services
• Liaise with stakeholders across the site to manage simultaneous operations effectively and maintain clear communication
• Support building compliance activities, defect management, and ensure site security through daily building checks

Requirements

• Proven experience coordinating or supervising day-to-day site operations, ideally with a trade or construction background
• Demonstrated knowledge of building compliance and maintenance management
• Relevant SHEQ qualifications and a strong understanding of promoting a safety culture
• Experience supervising teams and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A full driving licence
