About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage workflows related to Drop Ship (DS) and Made to Order (MTO) SKU setup, maintenance, and launch readiness
- Maintain, validate, and audit large sets of product data and item attributes to ensure accuracy across merchandising and eCommerce systems
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve product data discrepancies and system-related errors through detailed analysis
- Serve as a subject matter expert for MTO and DS SKU setup processes and item hierarchy structures
- Partner with merchandising, product development, content production, and technology teams to support successful product launches
- Execute product setup requirements including SKU flags, configuration attributes, pricing updates, and cost changes
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and scalable operational improvements
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product operations, eCommerce operations, merchandising operations, retail operations, or data management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, including experience with large datasets and data validation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines in a highly cross-functional environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience maintaining or auditing product data, item attributes, or merchandising systems
- Familiarity with PLM, ERP, or eCommerce platforms
