Site Manufacturing Technician Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production personnel to achieve operational and performance objectives
• Coordinate production programs and material planning to meet customer requirements
• Monitor inventory accuracy through controls, cycle counts, and physical inventories
• Manage inventory consumption and ensure material availability for continuous production
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material deliveries
• Monitor and resolve logistical, EDI/IDoc, and inventory issues
• Manage urgent customer requirements and critical "Hot Orders" to ensure service levels
• Analyze operational KPIs and forecasts to support continuous improvement and decision-making
• Supervise staff attendance, overtime, and shipping programs

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Proven leadership skills with experience in personnel management and development
• Knowledge of production planning, control, and material requirements planning (MRP)
• Experience with inventory management, including cycle counts and physical audits
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Experience monitoring EDI and IDoc transactions
• Intermediate English language skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
