Site Manufacturing Maintenance Professional

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous production operations and maintain high operational safety
• Plan and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance for manufacturing plants and equipment
• Coordinate and oversee repair, optimization, and maintenance work, including tasks performed by external contractors
• Document all maintenance, repairs, and optimizations to ensure knowledge retention
• Plan production resources and manufacturing equipment
• Manage personnel, including creating deployment, shift, and vacation schedules
• Communicate effectively with other departments and follow up on action plans
• Ensure compliance with UVV standards, legal regulations, and operational procedures
• Prepare for and participate in audits

Requirements

• Completed training as a Technician or Industrial Master in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering
• Professional experience in leadership, production technology, and quality assurance
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP or comparable ERP systems
• Strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to work independently and goal-oriented
• Understanding of costs and operational efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a shift leader, ideally within the automotive industry
