Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop workshop personnel and foster a positive team culture
• Ensure daily production through planning, prioritization, and resource management
• Manage budget, reporting, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and work environment
• Maintain contact with customers and insurance companies to ensure high service levels
• Collaborate with group support functions regarding procurement, recruitment, and training
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and safety procedures

Requirements

• Documented leadership experience within a workshop, automotive industry, or similar
• Strong understanding of workshop production, repair processes, and quality assurance
• Experience in personnel management, financial follow-up, and reporting
• Structured, goal-oriented, and able to make decisions under pressure
• B-driver's license required
• Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken)
