Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop workshop employees through clear planning, follow-up, and coaching
• Plan and optimize work orders and resources to ensure delivery times and efficient flow
• Ensure quality in repair work and follow up on customer satisfaction and complaints
• Responsible for budget, cost follow-up, and achieving set goals
• Maintain and develop work environment and safety routines
• Collaborate with damage inspectors, service advisors, and external partners
• Actively work with recruitment, competence development, and internal training

Requirements

• Experience in leadership within a vehicle workshop or similar business
• Good understanding of workshop processes in sheet metal, paint, or damage management
• Experience with budget and result responsibility and operational management
• Ability to lead and motivate teams and create structure
• Communicative and solution-oriented with good administrative skills
• B-driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
