Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, coordinating with various teams and subcontractors
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks
• Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
• Manage and optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve technical issues
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and safety records
• Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders
• Monitor and control project costs and implement cost-saving measures
• Mentor and develop junior staff

Requirements

• Extensive experience in construction site management, specifically water-related projects
• NRSWA (Supervisors) certification
• IOSH or SMSTS certification
• Water safety passports
• Supervisory Management training
• Valid UK driving license
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
