Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all site activities related to roofing and externals in occupied social housing properties
• Conduct site inductions, daily briefings, and toolbox talks
• Monitor project progress against the programme and resolve on-site issues
• Ensure works meet highest quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and operatives
• Ensure personnel are properly trained and equipped with appropriate PPE
• Collaborate with the commercial team on cost tracking and subcontractor scopes
• Uphold customer service standards and support community engagement

Requirements

• Appropriate CSCS Managers card
• Valid driving licence
• SMSTS certificate
• First Aid at Work

Preferred Qualifications

• Temporary Works Certificate
• Fire Marshall certificate
