Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all site activities according to defined project scope for commercial packaging projects
• Plan and analyze project time schedules to manage internal teams and subcontractors
• Drive Health and Safety (OHS) activities and ensure compliance with local work regulations
• Coordinate the project site team to ensure efficiency, cooperation, and wellbeing
• Perform quality assurance and identify site-related risks
• Manage resources, budgets, and identify necessary Variation Orders
• Support WCM and Lessons Learned methodologies to improve processes and systems

Requirements

• Proven experience participating in or leading commercial site projects
• Strong competence in planning, organizing, and coordinating site activities
• Good overall technical knowledge in relevant competence areas
• Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to handle human resources
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with customers, sub-suppliers, and project teams
