Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installations at client plants, ensuring compliance with safety (PRL) policies, deadlines, quality, and costs.
• Coordinate and lead on-site assembly for both electrical and mechanical components.
• Organize daily technical team tasks and manage necessary resources for project execution.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate various subcontractors for project construction.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Department to develop optimal technical solutions.
• Plan project phases, control schedules, monitor performance, and manage costs.
• Prepare material forecasts and implement acceleration plans to meet committed deadlines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Degree in Electricity, Electronics, Engineering (Electronic, Electrical, IT, Telecommunications), or similar fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within sectors such as automotive, food, metal, or pharmaceutical.
• Experience in on-site industrial assembly (electrical and mechanical) at client facilities.
• Proven experience in managing technical teams and coordinating specialized subcontractors.
• Knowledge of turnkey project implementation, including PLC programming, SCADA, AGVs, and industrial robotics.
• Strong project management skills, including requirement gathering, task planning, and client follow-up.
• Knowledge of PRL (Occupational Risk Prevention) and site safety regulations.
• Availability to travel.
