Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate, and manage the construction site to ensure compliance with deadlines, budget, and quality requirements
• Plan and supervise resources, including materials, subcontractors, and service providers, to ensure smooth operations
• Guarantee adherence to all safety, health, and environmental standards and regulations
• Monitor technical execution and ensure contractual compliance
• Identify, quantify, and manage additional or changed works
• Manage administrative and financial follow-up, including reporting, measurements, and invoicing
• Maintain complete and digitized site documentation using iTWO

Requirements

• Technical degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in civil engineering, construction, engineering, or an equivalent field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar site management role
• Excellent command of French; knowledge of English and German is preferred, and Luxembourgish is an asset
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• High level of awareness regarding quality, safety, and structured working methods
• Proficiency in digital tools including MS Office, BIM, and iTWO
