Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide offshore construction teams to ensure safe, timely, and effective execution of wind turbine installation activities.
• Provide strong EHS leadership to maintain a Zero Harm environment by implementing safety standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Head of Site Management and Installation Leads for daily planning and execution according to contract specifications.
• Cultivate a Zero Defect culture by ensuring high-quality standards and overseeing QA requirements.
• Drive Lean workflows by supervising adherence to processes and coordinating continuous improvements.
• Manage personnel allocation and working hours to ensure team well-being and prevent excessive site hours.

Requirements

• Expert leadership experience within large international manufacturing or industrial environments.
• In-depth technical knowledge of wind turbine products.
• Proven experience in the offshore industry with a strong grasp of project site work processes.
• Expertise in EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and QA (Quality Assurance) processes and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proven electrical background, preferably supported by a degree-level education.
• Willingness and ability to travel globally on a rotational basis (onshore and offshore).
