Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site
• Ensure compliance with the project execution schedule
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and field personnel
• Verify works are performed according to plans, technical specifications, and quality standards
• Supervise installation of structures, photovoltaic panels, inverters, cabling, and electrical equipment
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards
• Manage appropriate use of materials, tools, and equipment on site
• Monitor physical progress and report project status
• Identify, document, and follow up on incidents or deviations
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality control activities
• Verify compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
• Participate in site meetings with clients, suppliers, and contractors
• Manage work permits and site access
• Coordinate commissioning and startup activities of the plant
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or related field
• Must be a Mexican citizen residing in Mexico
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in solar BESS projects
• Availability to start working in September 2026
