Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide integral direction and supervision of the construction site
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including electrical, civil, quality, and commissioning supervisors
• Manage contractors and subcontractors effectively
• Monitor project planning, costs, quality, and safety standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and international teams
• Supervise technical and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Local Portuguese profile
• Proven experience as a Site Manager in large-scale energy projects
• Background in renewable energy projects or electrical infrastructure
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams
• Solid technical profile
• Fluency in either Spanish or English
• Availability to work on-site in Northern Portugal
