About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Point of Contact for contracting officers, representatives, and site officials regarding KBR operations at RRAD.
- Oversee a workforce of 500-800+ employees, including prime, sub-contracted, union, and non-union personnel.
- Ensure strict adherence to KBR policies, including Code of Business Conduct, Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance.
- Monitor and report project performance to the RRAD Program Management Office (PMO) using metrics, dashboards, and staffing curves.
- Manage the timely and accurate submission of Contract Required Documents List (CDRL) to the customer.
- Execute work according to the PWS and manage project budgets, costs, and manning levels.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and KBR management operating systems.
- Manage complex deliverable, production, and staffing schedules.
- Oversee the Government Furnished Equipment tool program to ensure accountability and fiscal responsibility.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Production, Operations, Business Management, or an Engineering field (specialized military experience may be used in lieu of a degree).
- 8 years of related experience, including at least 5 years in a management or supervisory capacity.
- Demonstrated experience managing a large workforce.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to obtain local base access and a Common Access Card (CAC).
- Must be able to work onsite in Texarkana, TX.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience managing DoD and Firm Fixed Price contracts.
- PMP Certification.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
- Experience using Logistics Modernization Program (LMP).
- Training and experience using AI and business intelligence tools.
