About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise site teams, including internal staff and subcontractors, ensuring effective coordination and safety.
- Prepare works by participating in preparatory meetings, estimating intervention times, and planning resources and materials.
- Manage project execution by monitoring schedules, costs, and supply chains to ensure compliance with execution plans.
- Enforce strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) guidelines, social laws, and ethical standards.
- Report progress regularly to the Business Manager and Works Manager through detailed technical reports.
- Identify and report non-conformities and potential risk situations on-site.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients to represent the company's values and image.
Requirements
- Electromechanic training or equivalent technical background.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the nuclear rotating machinery sector.
- Proven experience in management roles, specifically in resource management and planning.
- Strong understanding of rotating machinery operating principles.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, diagrams, and manuals.
- Mastery of safety standards and HSE protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to react effectively to technical or human challenges.
