Site Manager - Rotating Machinery

Responsibilities

• Supervise site teams, including internal staff and subcontractors, ensuring effective coordination and safety.
• Prepare works by participating in preparatory meetings, estimating intervention times, and planning resources and materials.
• Manage project execution by monitoring schedules, costs, and supply chains to ensure compliance with execution plans.
• Enforce strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) guidelines, social laws, and ethical standards.
• Report progress regularly to the Business Manager and Works Manager through detailed technical reports.
• Identify and report non-conformities and potential risk situations on-site.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients to represent the company's values and image.

Requirements

• Electromechanic training or equivalent technical background.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in the nuclear rotating machinery sector.
• Proven experience in management roles, specifically in resource management and planning.
• Strong understanding of rotating machinery operating principles.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, diagrams, and manuals.
• Mastery of safety standards and HSE protocols.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to react effectively to technical or human challenges.
