About the Company

Restart, Inc. is a Minnesota-based nonprofit organization founded in 1986, dedicated to providing Housing with Services, and Independent Living Skills Services for individuals living with brain injuries and related disabilities. Our mission is to empower clients by teaching them strategies for daily living and facilitating their reentry into the community.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the operations of the home and relevant ancillary services are efficient, compliant and focused on the well-being of residents and staff
• Role model espoused expectations and behaviors of site staff
• Coach, train, and instill accountability related to care, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Collaboratively work with colleagues to create and maintain program plans, timelines, and budgets
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Oversee and coach employee performance
• Ensure the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized, person-centered plans of care
• Proactively and collaboratively ensure adequate staffing
• Actively participate as a member of the leadership team, including on-call rotation
• Monitor and maintain a site budget

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Human Services
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in the Human Services industry
• Ability to pass a clean criminal background check and meet medical requirements
• Strong technological and problem-solving skills
• Experience with MA, SSI, and other disability benefit programs
• Knowledge of local social services resources and agencies
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Current driver's license, insurance, and reliable personal vehicle
• Flexibility to manage 24/7 service operations, including on-call rotation
