Site Manager PV

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities from mobilization through Mechanical Completion and Final Delivery.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors across all disciplines, including civil, mechanical, electrical, MV/HV, and substations.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved engineering, construction procedures, and project schedules.
• Enforce strict compliance with OSHA regulations and all company HSE standards.
• Monitor daily site progress and implement corrective measures to avoid delays.
• Control quality execution in coordination with Quality and Technical teams.
• Identify and report risks related to schedule, safety, quality, or cost to Project Management.
• Represent SEYSES on-site in front of the client, owner’s engineer, and other stakeholders.
• Support commissioning and energization activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Industrial) or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in utility-scale photovoltaic projects.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar leadership role within U.S. construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and U.S. safety standards.
• Solid understanding of PV plant construction processes, including civil works, tracker installation, DC/AC works, and MV/HV systems.
• Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
• Full availability to work on-site in Newbern, Alabama.
