Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a team of 7 technicians, including maintenance scheduling and team coordination
• Ensure team safety by conducting audits, monitoring PPE compliance, and tracking mandatory training
• Manage and optimize the allocated budget for your perimeter
• Act as the primary technical contact for clients, handling complaints and supporting sales engineers
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue, maintenance compliance, service quality, and breakdown rates

Requirements

• Technical training with successful prior experience in team management, ideally in maintenance or a technical sector
• Strong commitment to safety as a top priority
• Commercial mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in electricity, electrotechnics, and mechanics (experience with automatic closures is a plus)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously
