Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Estimate piping works and guarantee technical feasibility
• Prepare and coordinate site works with rigorous organization
• Manage supplies of materials, equipment, and tools necessary for project progress
• Supervise a team of 10 to 30 people and ensure smooth site operations
• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients
• Control the compliance of work against plans, specifications, and current standards
• Provide reporting and participate in meetings with agency management
• Ensure strict safety compliance on all construction sites

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience in piping or metallurgy works management
• Proven experience managing teams, schedules, and daily unforeseen challenges
• Strong ability to work on-site for both maintenance and new construction projects
• Excellent coordination and client relationship management skills
• Ability to travel throughout the Picardie region
