About the Company

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT support team to achieve KPI in IT infrastructure support and project planning
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to address technical and operational challenges
• Develop comprehensive documentation for hardware configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Plan, execute, and monitor regular IT tasks to maintain and improve infrastructure operations
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to IT hardware and ensure continuous data center support
• Manage project tasks including installation, upgrading, and dismantling of hardware
• Oversee asset management and Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs)

Requirements

• 5+ years of team management experience
• Hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving server hardware issues
• Solid understanding of data center operations, server, and network equipment principles
• Practical experience in project planning and management
• Knowledge of ITIL methodology and ITSM operational activities
• Basic proficiency in Linux and command-line tools
• Experience with server IT hardware, enterprise-grade network switches, and fiber optic cables
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lists, and graphs)

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL and/or PMI certification
• Driving License (Category B)
