Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead one of Queensland’s largest transport operations in partnership with a major supermarket customer
• Drive cultural change to shape a safe, inclusive, and engaged workplace
• Manage transport performance with a focus on safety, compliance, service, and cost
• Build and maintain trusted customer relationships while balancing operational priorities
• Navigate workplace and union matters with fairness and respect
• Develop and empower the broader team to achieve their full potential
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience managing large transport teams with an inclusive style
• Strong background in logistics or supply chain management
• Significant transport industry experience
• Ability to make clear decisions and set priorities under pressure
• Strong stakeholder engagement and authentic communication skills
• Experience in industrial relations, union engagement, and workforce matters is highly desirable
