Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement and comply with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
• Lead, manage and motivate site operational staff to achieve project goals
• Manage communications and relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers
• Establish and maintain excellent client relationships through to project completion
• Implement operational project plans and ensure compliance with contractual terms

Requirements

• CSCS card
• SMSTS certification
• Experience in leading operational projects
• Experience in a site management role
• Professional qualification or working towards membership of a professional body
• Excellent communication skills
