Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe delivery of complex roofing structures and MEP services integration across houseblocks
• Manage subcontractor partners to ensure high-quality delivery of roofing packages, MEP integration, and cladding systems
• Coordinate site logistics, including plant and labour movement
• Review risk assessments and method statements to ensure safe working practices
• Carry out toolbox talks and inductions
• Check quality and ensure progression of works in line with programme
• Facilitate collaboration between roofing contractors and MEP teams
• Maintain accurate site records using relevant software

Requirements

• Previous management experience in a large construction environment (commercial roofing or main contracting)
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing installations and MEP services integration
• Relevant construction qualifications (HND, Degree, SVQ, or Technical Trade)
• SMSTS certification
• CSCS card
• Driving licence
• Strong IT skills
