Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe and efficient delivery of site work with a focus on health, safety, environmental standards, and quality
• Manage direct labour and supply chain partners to ensure construction activities meet project requirements and timelines
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects by proactively supporting site-based supervisors and delivery teams
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed programmes and budget allowances
• Complete all health and safety documentation, including inspections, toolbox talks, risk assessments, and method statements

Requirements

• Experience within the water, civils, or construction industry
• Experience with Storage Points
• Sound commercial and contractual awareness
• Good understanding of health and safety and CDM regulations
• Full driving licence
