About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the safe and efficient delivery of site work with a focus on health, safety, environmental standards, and quality
- Manage direct labour and supply chain partners to ensure construction activities meet project requirements and timelines
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects by proactively supporting site-based supervisors and delivery teams
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed programmes and budget allowances
- Complete all health and safety documentation, including inspections, toolbox talks, risk assessments, and method statements
Requirements
- Experience within the water, civils, or construction industry
- Experience with Storage Points
- Sound commercial and contractual awareness
- Good understanding of health and safety and CDM regulations
- Full driving licence
