About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all on-site tasks, ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Drive daily site operations by supervising staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver works according to programme and specifications
- Monitor progress, manage resources, and implement measures to mitigate delays and resolve issues
- Maintain site records including daily logs, permits, inspections, and progress reports
- Chair site meetings and liaise with the project team to ensure effective communication and collaborative problem-solving
Requirements
- Leadership experience in construction, civil engineering, or related projects
- SMSTS certification
- CSCS card (Black or equivalent)
- First Aid qualification
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Full driving licence
