Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Transient Aircraft Services (TAS) operations, including aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, and departure
• Maintain a ZERO Harm workplace by enforcing strict flight line safety standards, FOD prevention, and tool control procedures
• Lead, supervise, and mentor flight line personnel to ensure high-quality aircraft servicing in a 24/7/365 environment
• Coordinate daily tasking, priorities, and personnel scheduling to maintain required service levels and mission readiness
• Ensure full compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements, Technical Orders, and airfield safety standards
• Maintain effective coordination with Government stakeholders, including COR, ACO, and Airfield Management
• Manage on-site equipment, vehicles, and operational resources, including maintenance and logistical support
• Produce accurate operational deliverables, including daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
• Minimum 10 years of experience in aviation operations, aircraft maintenance, or Transient Aircraft Services
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing multi-site or regional flight line operations
• Demonstrated experience supporting U.S. Air Force or DoD aviation operations
• Proven leadership experience supervising teams in high-tempo, austere environments
• Strong knowledge of aircraft ground handling, airfield operations, and maintenance documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience managing TAS operations at locations such as Prince Sultan Air Base, Al Udeid Air Base, Al Dhafra Air Base, Ali Al Salem Air Base, or Muwaffaq Salti Air Base
• Prior experience specifically supporting U.S. Air Force TAS operations
