About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of industrial water treatment installations
  • Optimize technical performance and guarantee discharge quality through process adjustments
  • Identify and manage incidents, non-conformities, and customer complaints
  • Implement and follow the maintenance plan using CMMS (GMAO)
  • Produce operational reporting, analytical tracking tables, and quarterly/annual reports
  • Manage budgets and prepare commercial offers for clients
  • Participate in the execution of works, including risk analysis and contractor supervision
  • Deploy and exemplify HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) policies

Requirements

  • Minimum BAC+2 degree in water treatment, industrial maintenance, or a related technical field
  • 5 to 10 years of experience as an operations technician or site manager
  • Strong knowledge of water treatment processes (biological basins, flotation, clarifiers)
  • Proficiency in IT tools including Google Suite and CMMS (GMAO)
  • Proven skills in budget management and contractual follow-up
  • Valid driver's license (Permis B), CACES, and electrical/chemical certifications
  • Experience operating industrial wastewater treatment plants (STEP)
