Site Manager - Industrial Water Treatment

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operation of water treatment plants, including biological and physico-chemical processes
• Manage and lead a team of 3 technicians, including scheduling and skill development
• Maintain client relationships through weekly and monthly meetings and reporting
• Oversee administrative tasks, stock management of reagents, and operational reporting
• Ensure preventive and curative maintenance is performed according to contractual commitments
• Manage emergency situations and technical incidents with rapid decision-making
• Drive HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards through audits and safety briefings
• Identify and sell complementary services to the client to support business development
• Participate in a monthly on-call rotation

Requirements

• Minimum Bac+2 degree in water treatment
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial water treatment plant operation
• Minimum 3 years of experience in team management and client relations
• Proficiency in safety management and administrative tasks (stock, planning, reporting)
• Ability to remain calm and reactive during emergencies
• Strong communication skills for client interaction
• Valid Driver's License (Permis B)
• Electrical and chemical certifications (habilitations)
