Site Manager - Industrial Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Deploy safety programs and ensure effective completion of training and incident investigations
• Communicate vision and strategy to motivate employees and lead strategic initiatives
• Build positive relationships with employees and customers through open communication
• Lead team capabilities through performance improvement, career planning, and skills development
• Manage site financial performance including revenue, expenses, and profit
• Develop and execute site-specific maintenance plans and continuous improvement methodologies
• Collaborate with sales and operations to increase service scope and manage customer relationships
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators and conduct root cause analyses

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical, business, or related field preferred, or seven years of operations/maintenance experience
• Three years of supervisory experience with a focus on employee development
• Solid understanding of manufacturing and assembly work environments
• Strong business acumen and customer focus
• High emotional intelligence and ability to lead teams with integrity

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing maintenance experience with related certifications
• Experience with proactive/reliability maintenance processes (Planning/Scheduling, P/M, PdM)
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and web-based software like Power BI, GEAC, Concur, or Workday
• Financial acumen regarding forecasting and budget management
