Site Manager - HOP

Responsibilities

• Lead the site team to achieve company objectives, including maximizing customer satisfaction and optimizing productivity.
• Manage site personnel costs, maintain stock accuracy, and control inventory to minimize wastage.
• Develop, train, and motivate employees to meet ambitious performance targets.
• Demonstrate operational excellence by consistently meeting and improving site KPI targets.
• Supervise compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) through coaching and inspirational leadership.
• Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety and food safety regulations, including managing product recalls.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised site environment.
• Monitor customer feedback to identify and implement improvements to the customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a grocery environment.
• Proven track record of influencing and meeting KPI performance targets.
• Previous experience leading and managing a team of direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety compliance requirements.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to work with numbers; experience with Looker is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must have the right to work in the UK and be able to work weekends as required.
