Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the HPC repair facility to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
• Manage and develop team leads, mechanical technicians, software technicians, quality personnel, logistics personnel, and facility support staff
• Establish daily priorities, staffing plans, and resource allocation to meet vehicle repair schedules
• Ensure all repairs are completed in accordance with approved processes, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor facility performance through key metrics and drive corrective actions
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to resolve vehicle and process issues
• Drive root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
• Oversee vehicle flow, material availability, inventory accuracy, and logistics activities
• Maintain compliance with all environmental, health, and safety requirements
• Lead Lean initiatives to improve throughput, quality, efficiency, and cost performance
• Manage departmental budgets and resources

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, automotive, or EV operations
• At least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong understanding of vehicle repair, rework, or assembly processes
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Skilled in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and process improvement
• Proficiency with ERP/MES systems and production tracking tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred
