Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise all scheduled overnight activities within assigned Fan Zone areas
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, installation crews, maintenance teams, and support personnel
• Conduct regular inspections of infrastructure, signage, furniture, and hospitality facilities
• Manage operational incidents and coordinate corrective actions
• Oversee maintenance, replenishment, repair, and restoration works during night shifts
• Coordinate access control for authorized personnel, materials, and equipment
• Maintain communication with Production, Operations, Security, and area managers
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures
• Prepare end-of-shift reports detailing incidents, completed works, and priorities
• Ensure effective operational handover between night-shift and day-shift teams

Requirements

• Experience in site management or overnight operations coordination
• Ability to manage contractors and maintenance teams
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Proficiency in monitoring health and safety compliance
• Ability to work night shifts
