About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted point of contact
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, tracking, and replenishment of tooling and consumables
  • Coordinate and dispatch deliveries and pickups to ensure efficient service
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Perform operational tasks to support a safe and efficient industrial tooling site
  • Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing standards and complying with legal regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years rental industry experience
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industrial tooling experience or knowledge
