Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the Epiroc India contract at Zawar Mine, ensuring first-class service delivery and contract execution.
• Lead and develop a large workforce, including Epiroc employees and additional personnel, managing the full "hire to retire" process.
• Drive asset optimization by monitoring equipment performance metrics such as availability, MTTR, MTBF, and preventive maintenance compliance.
• Maintain a rigorous culture of Safety, Health, and Environmental responsibility across all site operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify contractual risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation and capitalization actions.
• Utilize business data to drive intelligence and provide accurate equipment cost models and planning tools.
• Foster technical excellence by promoting industry best practices and continuous improvement through Kaizen initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience, specifically managing crews of 100+ people (including engineers, planners, and technicians).
• Proven expertise in contract management and working within large-scale contract environments.
• Strong financial acumen with knowledge of CAPEX, OPEX, and equipment costing models.
• Exposure to reliability engineering and a deep understanding of equipment availability requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to plan, organize, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Training in SL1 and SL2 levels.
• Completion of formal Management courses.
• Experience in the mining or construction industry within a large-scale service environment.
