Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the Epiroc India contract at Kayad Mines, ensuring first-class service delivery and proactive contract execution.
• Lead and develop a large onsite team, including service engineers, planners, and technicians, overseeing the full "hire to retire" lifecycle.
• Drive asset optimization by managing preventive maintenance compliance, backlog execution, and equipment performance metrics (Availability, MTTR, MTBF).
• Enforce strict Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies to maintain a high-standard safety culture.
• Monitor contract performance, identify risks and opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate issues and capitalize on improvements.
• Utilize business data to drive intelligence and provide accurate equipment cost models and planning tools.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with customers through proactive communication and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience, specifically managing crews of 70+ people.
• Proven expertise in contract management and working within large contract environments.
• Strong knowledge of CAPEX, OPEX, and financial acumen regarding cost implications and models.
• Exposure to reliability engineering and equipment availability requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including professional report writing and presentation abilities.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and conflict management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Training in SL1 and SL2 levels.
• Completion of formal Management courses.
• Experience with Kaizen methodologies and continuous improvement processes.
