Site Manager - Editions

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations of the Editions site, ensuring high productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate the site team to achieve ambitious company objectives and KPI targets.
• Manage site costs, including Opex spending, maintenance, utilities, and labor.
• Ensure strict compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Due Diligence regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with restaurant partner kitchen teams through regular performance meetings.
• Oversee site standards, including cleanliness, organization, and space management.
• Monitor customer feedback and operational data to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of junior management experience in the food and beverage or restaurant industry.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety compliance requirements.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities to grow order volume and GMV.
• Tech-savvy with comfort working with numbers and data (experience with Looker is a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Must have the right to work in the UAE and be able to work weekends.
